Carolina Drone Academy is expanding our team in South Carolina as we are seeking Aviation Experts & Flight Instructors who would enjoy this unique opportunity to assist Law Enforcement Agencies, First Responders, Colleges, and area businesses to leverage Drone Solutions. In this role, these instructors will be teaching Carolina Drone Academy's classroom-based FAA part 107 Exam Prep course, teaching the Driver's Ed for Drones course, and the other hands-on Drone Training & Courses that we provide.
Based on skill-set, knowledge, and experience, these qualified instructors may also assist in Carolina Drone Academy's Drone Consultations and take part in developing other specific training material for individual clients. Course material, handouts, guides, and training aids are provided.
The right individuals will have these qualifications:

Engaging and passionate about the safe & responsible use of Drones

FAA part 107 Certificated is a minimum
-
Additional license, endorsements, experience are a plus

Dynamic ability to present and manage a class
-
Aviation Knowledge with the ability to transfer these concepts to others in a limited time-frame

Able to work specific class times that may involve evenings or some weekends

Proficiency with Drone Flight and the ability to transfer this technical knowledge to others (DJI newer platforms are preferred)

Military or Law Enforcement background is a plus
